Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Supported authentication protocols for APEX 20.2.0.00.20 using OKTA

Hi,

We are looking to move an external facing APEX application from WAM to Okta authentication.

Our current versions/set-up for the app is as follows:

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
Oracle Application Express 20.2.0.00.20

· APEX_LISTENER_VERSION = 20.3.0.r3011819

The two authentication protocols we are considering for this move to Okta are, in order of preference:

OIDC
SAML

Are these protocols supported by our current set-up?
