Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Events and handlers delivered with PS9.1 HCM Profile Management

I have a question about Profile Management module/business process in PeopleSoft 9.1 HCM (Canada)

People books states that Profile Management comes with delivered events and handlers but does not describe how they work/what they do.

I can see them in PeopleTools/App designer but I'm not tech enough to interpret them.

How would I find out what they do and how so that I can ensure configuration is correct?

I've read PeopleBooks for Profile Management and Events and Handlers but can't get any specific, detailed info.

Any and all ideas welcome!
