R12855 - Depreciation Calculation

Hi,

Currently we follow straight line depreciation method and over depreciation is not allowed. So when we run R12855 and where the Depreciation calculated amount is greater than the NBV system gives error message as Over depreciation not allowed.

Is there any way in which we can ensure that R12855 depreciation calculation happens but it restricts the depreciation amount to what is available as NBV? I mean whenever system finds Calculated Depreciation greater the NBV then depreciation value should be equal to NBV


Any Suggestion please
