Question 1. How can I de-allocate stock from project A and allocate it to project B?

Answer 1. There isn't a method to directly transfer material from one project to another. This functionality was not included because of the implications to the GL accounts and cost for each project. The only work around is to perform a negative issue for an item on a work order parts list for project A and put that inventory into stock. It is then possible to go to inventory issues for a work order parts list from project B and go to multi location and choose the inventory that was negative issued.
