AWR issue with datapatch

When I went to run the datapatch for the January 2023 PSU updates I got an aws error. I had to drop and recreate the Automatic Workload Repository for every database to get the datapatch portion of the patch 34773489 to run.

This is the error I would get:

  'ORA-13516: AWR Operation failed: CATPROC not valid',

     'ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY", line 328',

     'ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_WORKLOAD_REPOSITORY", line 355',

     'ORA-06512: at line 12'

Redhat 7

Oracle Database and Grid 19.


Has anyone else encountered this issue?
