Pick suggestion going to 300 instead of 340 status with no error

Hello.

According to business, nothing has changed on their end but when we approve an order it creates a pick request, then our R46171 subsystem job runs and creates the suggestion. For some reason all our order are going to status 300 instead of 340 and we have no error messages. What could be the reason they are not going to status 340 for picking?
