Oracle 23c Red Hat Enterprise Linux Support

Hi,

We are in the process of forming a technology roadmap for this year to plan for Oracle 23c upgrades, and are wondering about certification of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) x86-64 for 23c. We are currently running RHEL 7.9 x86-64 with 19c and would like to stay on RHEL7.9 with 23c, however I note that 21c was only certified for RHEL 8.2+ (plus OEL 7 and 8).

Can anyone please advise on the certified RHEL platforms for 23c? Will RHEL 7 be supported or should we aim to jump to RHEL 9?
