Upload Data to contracts agreement lines

in Technology Stack - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

I am trying to upload Excel data file to Oracle EBS contracts agreement lines via upload button using Purchasing reponsibility , but I received an error message as shown in screen shot .

Please could anyone help me or share me procedure steps to upload execl data file to Oracle EBS contracts agreement lines.

I will be grateful if anyone update me soon.
