non stock item accounting with projects picking charge account wrongly

Dear @SSrini @Gilad K,

Step : 1 Enter nonstock item/ Description based item on work order

Step : 2 Release work order

Step: 3 : PR created

PR charge account is picking from WIP Class (Material Valuation Account) instead of OSP account form WIP class.

My expectation is that it should pick OSP account form WIP class.

This happening for both non stock item and descriptive item

is this expected behavior
