R47011 is not creating a specific Sales Order

Dears

Greetings

i am facing an issue with a single sales order coming from our mobile sales system to our JDE

where the R47011 REPORT designates this specific order as successfully processed but in the same time no sales order is generated for this specific order

other similar orders are processed successfully and a sales order is generated for them


i have revised the customer the items and everything that is related to this order nothing seems weird

i have also compared this particular order with another one similar to it which was successfully generated as a sales order in P4210 i couldn't find any difference between them can you please advise how to find the trick in this order
