For some of our inter child models in the application we can see below as paths for rest API configurations

"targetModelPath": "_root$%#%$testbed:systemConfiguration:intermodelChild%$#$%16%$#$%0"

"targetModelPath": "_root$%#%$testbed:systemConfiguration:intermodelChild%$#$%20%$#$%0"

Basically how this numbers in the path are formed?
