Oracle RAC Static listener question

Oracle Grid and Database Version 21.3.0.0.0

OS - Oracle Linux Server release 8.5

2 node RAC

I'm trying to set up a static listener on node 1 and node 2.

I add to the Grid listener.ora (both nodes) as below.

The database cdbtest does not yet exist.

I'm just trying to see the listener registration.


I don't see the static listener service from above (cdbtest) when I do a lsnrctl status

lsnrctl status


Any suggestions?
