Oracle Linux 7.9, httpd24-httpd.x86_64, version 2.4.34-18

Is it possible to find a history file or contents list that describes which CVE's have been addressed in a particular Apache version available in the Oracle Linux repositories. We have had a security audit which found a number of vulnerabilities in our currently installed httpd 2.4.6 version. I've been able to update that version to the latest one available in the repo but don't have any way of knowing what CVE's have been addressed. I believe the auditor is using an off the shelf scanning utility that is not familiar with the practice of backporting fixes into
