Record Length Errors: US 2022 Federal W-2 Magnetic Media and State W-2 Magnetic Media

We are trying to upload our 2022 W-2 Magnetic files to Fed and Oregon State and encountering errors on both about Record length must be 512, or 512 bytes for EFW2 files. Has anyone else encountered this?
