Post Upgrade - 2 node RAC

Dear Experts,

We have upgraded GRID and Database from 12c to 19c. We used pfile for database upgrade.

We want to create spfile back to asm from this pfile.

We enabled cluster_database=true and we tried to start the database with this pfile .But it failed with below error


[orauat@erpuatdb1 dbs]$ sqlplus "/as sysdba"

SQL*Plus: Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production on Wed Jan 25 10:05:06 2023

Connected to an idle instance.

SQL> startup

ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters

LRM-00101: unknown parameter name 'UATDB1.thread'

SQL> shut immediate

ERROR:

ORA-01034: ORACLE not available

ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
