Is it possible to go through multiple communications as part of RFI/RFQ like Outlook

Hi Team,

I have a requirement to keep the trail of communications that happened between me and my supplier during sourcing events just like how we work on outlook where we can have the ongoing communication with each supplier so that I can have the trail of negotiation conversations for any future reference.
