Oracle EXPDP DEFINING State

Hello,

We are executing Export Dump command on Oracle 19c. It just connects to the user but does not proceed further. When we check from dba_datapump_jobs state is showing up as DEFINING. We are unable to find the reason why it is stuck here.

Can someone help here?
