PRACK over TCP - BYE is responded with 500 internal server error

AP3900 with software version SCZ9.0.0 Patch 1A (Build 162)

SBC has 1 internal connection to internal PBX over UDP. Internal PBX requires use of PRACK.

There is also external connection to service provider over TCP.

Call setup and audio is passed on normally, but when SP side (remote) hangs up their phone and BYE is sent to SBC, then SBC responds with "500 internal server error".

This indicates a configuration problem.

It must be noted that when the external connection is configured to use UDP instead of TCP, PRACK works normally and also call clearing works without any issues.

When moving from TCP to UDP there is no other configuration change made than just switching from TCP to UDP (ie sip-interface -> sip-ports and session-agent -> transport-method), everything else remains the same.

Howdy, Stranger!
