How to assign a custom role a privilege to allow access to a specific Scheduled Processes report?

Our custom role has the necessary privilege to run Submit Accounts Payable Trial Balance Report via Scheduled Processes but the report ends in error.

We've would like to avoid assigning the custom role the ability to close the Payables Accounting Period by giving the custom role the ORA_AP_PAYABLES_PERIOD_CLOSE_DUTY as suggested in Doc ID 2603325.1.

Is there a way to only allow the custom role to run a specific seeded report without giving any uncessary access?
