Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. After upgrade to 9.2.5.5, we noticed the following message every time BSSV is called:

{jdeCallBusinessService - No records found in F986102 table, Fallback to lookup location of BSSV Server via OCM table

}

What is it mean and how it affects the performance?
