Hi, we have R12.2 and i followed how to download and unzip the eTRM. However, when I open it using the index.html --the index pages opens and then displays file not found message.

I unzipped it many times but same results. I unzipped them to my windows c: drive and to a network drive. There was no error messages when i unzipped them.
