secure an OAS website using third party trusted certificates using procedure similar to 2202569.1

In Doc id 2202569.1 we can secure an OMS website using third party trusted certificates using the binaries bin/emctl and oracle_common/bin/orapki.

FYI/ we run OMS v13.5 and OAS v6.4on the same VM but under different local accounts.

1.     Is there a similar doc for OAS?

2.     If not, as there is an oracle_common/bin/orapki under OAS and there exists another method to stop/start the domains we could part of the procedure; but what about the "$OMS_HOME/bin/emctl secure console -wallet..." step?
