Essbase 21.4 Integration with msad not working

Followed the guide and set up msad. Can browse and see users in WLS Console, so connection is working.

Restarted, ran the REST Put command to assign Service Admin role to AD user, which was successfull. I can see user has the role using REST Get permissions, but I cannot login to Essbase as this user (pwd is correct as it's the same user set up for msad connection). No error returned in console, just returns blank login.

The only user I can login with is the WLS admin, but that no longer has provisioning rights because it's been replaced by this new AD user.
