APP-INV-05266: (No workdays defined for the current year) occurs in Initialize Cycle Count Items

Whenever I select a 7 days On and 0 Off workday calendar in my cycle count the 'Initialize cycle count items' program ends normally. If I use a 5 days On and 2 days Off it completes in error.

Both calendars are defined for the same range: Jan 1 to Dec 31.

What's wrong with the 5-2 calendar?
