Workspace Dashboards at Higher Levels of Workspace Heirarchy

Hello, Just trying to figure out workspace dashboards and what projects they can see.

I have created a workspace dashboard at a high level of the workspace heirarchy however it doesn't appear that the dashboard can see the projects in lower heirarchies. The dashboard only works when viewed at that lower workspace level.

I would like the workspace dashboard to work so that it sees all projects within that workspace and also projects within the lower heirarchies.
