Service Contracts Approval notification not coming to the Approver
I have followed all the steps for the AME setups.
Step 1-
Added two responsibilities with help of the DBA.
· Approvals Management Business Analyst
· Approvals Management Administrator
Step 2-
Created Grants with my username as the grantee.
Step 3- Set
up the Service Contracts Internal Approval transaction type. Approver groups
with my person name( since username not coming in LOV) as HR people, Approver Conditions, Approval Rules> added
condition.
Step 4.
Checked AT_LEAST_ONE_RULE_MUST_APPLY to 'True' in Approvals Management
Administrator responsibility.
Also have
set profile option OKC: Contract Approver to my username.
Even after
doing all these setups, the approval request/notification is not coming to my
