FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server : /forms/servlet:- 1 (Oracle EBS 12.2)

Hello,

when i try to open a forms mask in our Oracle EBS (12.2) i get the following Error Message:

FRM-92050: Failed to connect to the Server : /forms/servlet:- 1

java.io.IOExeption: Negative content-length..... (see attached screenshot)

I found the Doc ID 1248215.1. Here it says its a problem with Security Settings in Internet Explorer. I checked this with a collegue. He can open the forms mask without out any problem. So i cross checked our Internet Security options as explained in the Doc ID. We have the same settings.

Does anyone have an idea or another solution?
