How to avoid duplicate ship to addresses creation for a given customer.

Hi Team,

We have a scenario where the Ship to address are being duplicated. Technically these are not duplicates but the end users are creating same address in a different way. Example as below

Actual Address : 1320 Ridder Park Drive. San Jose, California 95131

Duplicate address : 1320 Ridder Park Dr. San Jose, California 95131

Now in the above case even though both address are same the end users some times uses short forms which is creating address duplication in the system.

Any suggestions to resolve such issues would be appreciated.
