Is there a lift and shift option of EBS 12.1.3 running on Spark Solaris 10 to OCI

in EBS on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (MOSC) Question

We have an aging hardware platform and our database 12.1.0.2 and applications 12.1.3 are no longer supported. Is there an option to lift and shift from our current on premise Sun servers running Spark Solaris 10 to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure?
