Cafe1 popup content doesn't work dynamically for one of the application

in Order and Service Management (Communications Industry) (MOSC) Question

In one of the application screen in cafe1, when I clicked popup content it doesn't popup the data in external screen dynamically. It should bring the data for selected item# and branch/plant. Please let me know if anyone knows about this issue.
