"Oracle JDK 8 Update 361 Patch 34894392 or later for Linux, Windows and Solaris" is listed but per "Note 2776765.1 EM 13.5: How to Use the Latest Certified JDK 8 Update with OMS 13.5" the only certified version is Oracle JDK 8 Update 351.

"WLS PATCH SET UPDATE 12.2.1.4.221210 Patch 34883826 or later" is listed but per "Critical Patch Update (CPU) Patch Advisor for Oracle Fusion Middleware Note 2806740.2" it should be "Patch 34974729 WLS STACK PATCH BUNDLE 12.2.1.4.230112 January 2023".
