iProcurment Non Catalog From - how to hide field new supplier with personalizeation

Hi

We have the Spot Buy role in use when creating Non Catalog Request.

Does anyone know how to hide the text and the link “If you cannot find your supplier click here to setup a new supplier”

We don't want the non catalog requester to be able to create a Supplier and therefore we want to hide this.

If I go to Personalize Row Layout I can't find field that field represents this text.
