How to install ODAC to Windows Server 2019 ?

Hi,

We've installed the ODAC121024Xcopy_32bit.zip package for our software to use without problems in Windows Server 2016.

Now doing that in 2019 doesn't seem to work. It first complains about Net 3.5 (the install is different) and even if you install that manually our application still won't connect but gives OraOLEDB.Oracle provider is not registered on the local machine.

Do we have any options or are we just forced to go back to using Windows Server 2016 ?
