Hello,

we are trying to install forms and reports 12.2.1.4.0 on a RedHat linux server.

We were able to install it on our servers without error and are able to bring up the weblogic admin console, but we aren't able to bring up Enterprise Manager Fusion Middleware Control. it Loops on "/em/faces/helppages/errorPage.jspx". Will applying qpr (2023) fix this problem? If not, what can fix this.
