Slow SQL on DB table after upgrading to 19c - SQL performance issue.

Hello Expert,


Question: What type of system is impacted?

Answer: Production system

RDBMS VERSION: 19.17.0.0.0

OS VERSION : Linux x86-64

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION :

Slow SQL on table 1 after upgrading to 19c, Upgrade database from 11.2.0.4 to 19.17.0.0

before upgraded query performance in seconds. but after upgrading to 19c, Elapsed from seconds become 30 minutes.


Any advice for this issue like this? very appreciate for your help
