Oracle OTL formula pckage when compiled and timecard submitted gives ORA-1861 error

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am trying to modify a package related to OTL formula and each time i compile , i get either ORA-1861 or a different error and I cannot proceed further. I tried running Bulk Compile Formula Program but that doesn't seem to help. It works sometimes and gives this error again when i compile . Most of the times, bulk compile formula also doesn't help.

Let me know what is the normal process to resolve this issue.
