Oracle Time and Labor API

Hi,

I'm looking for information on the minimum required permissions a user needs to be able to use the Oracle OTL HXC TimeStore Deposit API as detailed in this whitepaper.

Using the APPS account works fine, but i'm struggling to understand what needs to be granted to a user to use the API.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
