How to import Internal order issue to other facility?

In form, we are able to create Expense IR then once the source executes Ship confirms it will reflect in other facilities receiving summary with the receipt(Receiving) and deliver (expense).

is there a way to import such data into EBS with the same transaction type or any alternative?
