Install standard database from rpm

We have licensed standard database and I tried to install from zip file. However, no success, there is always problem with libraries (closed network without internet access, for update&upgrade we are using Foreman/Katelo update server.

Then we successfully installed database from rpm (oracle-database-ee-19c-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm), but Enterprise version.

We are looking for procedure how to install Standard database from rpm (we found only XE and EE rpm package, no SE package).

Upon install we remove Enterprise Database features (using Oracle Universal Installer), but in database (SELECT * FROM V$VERSION) there is still "Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0 - Production).
