PMON failed to acquire latch

in Database Networking (MOSC) 9 comments

Database version: 11.2.0.4.0

when application connting to the database after 3000 connection we getting below error and application side it very slow and after some time application is hung


Fatal NI connect error 12537, connecting to:

 (LOCAL=NO)
