Bill of Materials, R12.2x - How to import Common Bills of Material?

Hi...

We have a requirement to create COMMON BOMs. Due to the number of organizations, we are using COMMON Bills of Materials. How do we do this? Is there a field on the BOM interface to create a COMMON upon Import CREATE?
