Exception EAccessViolation in module PM.EXE at 000000000084954A

Hi Guys, sorry to bother you, I've searched similar errors like this but the solutions to them haven't worked so wondered if anyone had come across this?


Another colleague installed P6 and his worked fine but mine hasn't.


Using P6 Professional version 20.12.3.


The error continues to say "Access violation at address 000000000C4954A in module 'PM.EXE'. Read of address 000000000000000 -


I've attached a screenshot, any help much appreciated
