Is there a way to improve performance on Maintain Time Reporter Data?

The new fluid Maintain Time Reporter Data page takes around 15 seconds when searching for an employee. It also takes just as long when going back to search results. The non fluid pages (manage time reporter data and create time reporter data) bring back results much faster. Is there a way to improve the performance?
