Duplicate F1207 01 Status Records for an NUMB/SVRT combination

I've now had two clients where the PM application is creating multiple 01 status records of a Asset/Service Type (NUMB/SVRT) combination. If a user tries to do this manually, the system prevents it. However, the R12807 is creating an extra 01 record each time it runs.

The first client is JDE E1 9.0 and not on support. They had over 400 of these duplicate records each for some NUMB/SVRT combinations. It may have been because the model WO associated with the PMs no longer existed.

The second client is on JDE E1 9.2 (fairly current tools release), on support, and NOT using work orders within the PM model. Everything is managed within the PM Schedule (P1207) and PM Backlog (P12071). The users have kept a close eye on the backlog and are deleting duplicates as they appear, but they have dozens created during each R12807 run.
