Siebel Outbound Webservice namespace in IC not removed

Hi,

We have an Outbound Webservice and noticed the requests is having namespace at IC level. We dont want the namespace to be added at the IC level alone. IC Fields dont have namespace. So external system dont want namespace at IC level.

The IO user property NoNamespaceOnIC is set to true and still it gives namespace at IC level.
