ALERT : EM 13.4/13.5 : RU Patch Failure due to Invalid Objects on Repository DB 19.18

Hi Everyone,

We have seen issues due to Invalid Objects in the Repository DB while applying the latest RU patches on 13.4 and 13.5

The issue is currently under investigation via the following bug.

Bug 35032309 - ORA-04067: not executed, package body SYSMAN.EM_METRIC_EVAL

It has been observed that the issue occurs if the Repository DB is 19.18 , Currently there is no clean workaround available and restoring the OMS and Repository DB is the only way to recover. However, this issue can be avoided by following the sequence in which the OMS and Repository DB are patched as described in the following documents.
