datapatch hangs forever, and I'm unable to finish patching

Hello guys,

I have encountered a strange error while I was in place patching an Oracle RAC 19.15 to 19.18. On node1 everything went smoothly, but when I was patching node2 the datapatch process started, but didn't do anything.

I see this in sqlpatch_invocation.log:

[2023-01-30 13:36:39]   md/admin/sdordfb.plb: apply, highest version 19.17.0.0.0 Release_Update 220924224051 > source version 19.15.0.0.0 Release_Update 220331125408, install ?
