Transient Logical Standby – Rolling Upgrades

We are going to build a standby database just to use the "Transient Logical Standby – Rolling Upgrades" setup to upgrade a database from 11.2.0.4 to 19c.

Doc ID 949322.1 mentions that the physru script must be called a total of three times in order to complete a physical rolling upgrade.

However, after the 2nd run, when it performs a switchover to the upgraded 19c transient logical standby and the standby database becomes the primary we want to complete our upgrade.

There is no need to upgrade the original 11.2.0.4 database to 19c, as the database and server will be retired. Applications will only connect to the 19c upgraded database.
