PEOPLESOFT BILLING 9.2 Spreadsheet import

We are seeking a simplified version of the  BillingInterfaceExcelUpload for our users. 

We successfully use a macro to automatically populate the spreadsheet when we have one line item entry- however, this becomes gnarly with multiple line invoices.

Ideally, we want the 'stage data for submission' feature to be added to the spreadsheet upload.

How do we seamlessly create mass bills(over 1k) with multiple lines?

Any tips or recommendations will be appreciated.
