Is there a way to identify when an applicant is currently in the Offer stage for a different job?

We are currently operating on PS 9.2 PUM update 41 and PT 8.56.25

The question was asked if there was a way to easily identify if an applicant is currently in the offer disposition for another job opening?

The situation came up where an applicant applied for the same job which was posted in different states and received offer letters for both job postings. The difference in the job posting was the work state and hiring manager. The offer letters that were presented were not the same and varied in pay/benefits.

The talent acquisition partners are asking if there is a way to identify if the applicant is already in the offer stage for another job posting when they go to disposition the applicant to the offer stage. They feel that had they known the applicant was already in the offer stage that they could have worked together as a team and presented 2 offers, or ones that were more in line with each other, to the applicant as well as notify the hiring manager that another offer was already presented to the applicant for another position.
